GS has been covering four types of structures:

• Institutional buildings
Within these structures, the facilities, such as, building interior, elevators, escalators, electrical controls, generators, UPS, HVAC, swimming pools, recreation halls and other utilities are covered.
GS also maintains
architectural systems, supply systems, lighting systems, plumbing systems, emergency warning systems, building management systems, fire protection and detection systems, security and access control systems and parking as well as traffic control systems.
