As a result of continuous efforts and developments in this field, GS’s Integrated Facilities Management Division (IFMD) was created. GS implemented an integrated process to optimize service levels in all aspects and built durable foundations for modern environments of facilities management services.

IFMD is driven by strategic plans starting from the design phase, to the construction phase, to the operations phase and ending by customer satisfaction measurements as well as gauging customer feedback. Meanwhile, IFMD has been orienting its services to the residential and commercial projects of various scales; with the plan to be extended to industrial plants in the near future.

IFMD defines client relationship based on mutual understandings of the service level agreement to convey the true value of facilities management and add a competitive edge to its business. The team is permanently delivering high professionalism to overcome any challenges in the operations as well as overlook any microscopic issues.

GS has built a solid foundation and well known reputation over the last forty years, which, as a result, created wide references within the region. Therefore, GS was invited to participate in the first Facilities Management tender issued by Ma’aden Infrastructure Company (MIC), along the eastern coast in the mineral industrial city known as Ras Al Khair (RAK), 100 km North of Jubail Industrial City.
